- We hope that you are delighted with your purchase and we do operate a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Chocolates are quite fragile and easily damaged. In the unlikely event that any product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives at email@example.com We will be happy to discuss an appropriate resolution.
- Please note that chocolates are perishable goods and we are therefore not able to accept the return of these goods for reasons of hygiene.
- Bonieri will not be responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable, lost packages or packages damaged by the elements after delivery. If a returned package needs to be reshipped, an additional shipping charge will apply.
- We are not able to offer refunds on shipping delays due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
Unfortunately gift cards are non-returnable items.
